goes a loooong way on an old oak dresser! Updates the sad, dried out wood wonderfully and breathes new life into the piece. Add some glass knobs and handles and a new key for locking away treasures and you are set! Dresser, sideboard, flat tv stand?

New in the shop this week is this large dining room table and 6 chairs. Lovely in Aubusson with a dark stained top and the fabric on the chair seats compliments it beautifully! Miss Sophia says this table came with 4 additional leaves but she only painted two to include!

You saw the table and two chairs in ASCP Provence the other day. Miss Sophia brought in two chairs painted Espresso Brown with the same fabric as the blue ones and look!!

Must have taken a mini vacation last week although I didn’t go anywhere. Either that or I had nothing to tell you about which doesn’t seem likely either. End of the summer doldrums? Perhaps….I am looking forward to fall! We seem to have a similar idea in the shop-check this out -
