Not the shade of red I usually use but I still like it!
All painted! (And blurry-sorry!)
The inside drawers – a total of 6
But that color was not cohesive with the pieces in the entry! No problem – it’s in my space now where it looks just fine-lol!
Still a work in progress but looking spectacular! The entryway at South End.
with clean pages waiting to be written on, new projects to be completed, new friends to be made. Put aside last year and look forward to this next year is my focus Count my blessings, learn from my mistakes and trust that Higher Power to be in control!
Wishing you all a peaceful, prosperous and pleasurable New Year!
Since last we chatted we had our Holiday Open House (before Thanksgiving so we title it a Holiday Open House), we’ve sold lots of vintage Christmas but add more almost daily, started getting a decent amount of rain (we had a drought the last few years but we’re not home free yet!), refurbished a bunch of furniture (lots of which has new homes – thank you!) and are getting ready for Christmas and a New Year shortly after that – everything most everyone else is doing I know. (And yes, Mrs. B, I know that was a run on sentence/paragraph- lol!)
I think my News Year’s resolve should be to write more often this coming year to keep you abreast of what we are doing – if you are interested, that is. I kind of view it as an online journal to look back and be able to see how we’ve grown and changed as a shop.
New things in lately:
Miss Sophia’s gorgeous dresser in Freedom Road
Another beautiful grey piece by Miss Sophia
Fun vintage sleigh filled with a beautiful tree
Pretty vintage dresser in a lovely blue by Miss Sadie
Terrific antique cupboard updated by Miss Madelle
Neat antique dresser in a fun color by Miss Sadie
You also got to see some of our Christmas decor – I love how it makes everything pop!
Until next time – take care and hug your loved ones closely whenever you can!!
We want to wish all of you the happiest of Thanksgiving Days! May you celebrate with your family, friends or loved ones and find peace and joy throughout the day!
It’s getting to be that time again – although I love these colors all year long!
Miss Nora transformed this old tricycle into a darling planter with a new paint job, a basket and a potted geranium. So cute a lady walking by just stopped to purchase it!
And I decided the entry needed a transformation!
We are ready to celebrate America’s Birthday!
Sharing with Villabarnes and the Vintage Inspiration Party
This is the time of year I really suffer from the lack of daylight – a hold over from all those years in Alaska! Now that Christmas is put away, thank goodness for Valentine’s things to add some color to our world! Hurry Spring!
little bits and pieces of love!
I posted this and totally forgot to wish our son Happy 30th Birthday!
